If money required has been deposited by plaintiff DH,the defendant JD is to execute sale failing whom court will execute on its own bind him.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 04 October 2011
I do agree with prabhakar singh. Decree is to be executed in letter and spirit so if defendant fails to comply, the court shall not remain mute spectator and shall ensure its execution by sending its own representative before registrar to register sale-deed in favour of plaintiff.
