Stamp Paper

I have to execute an agreement urgently,, but the Stamp Vendor will remain closed during the Durga Puja vacation,, so unable to buy stamp paper on names..
Is there any way out?

If you contact ur nearby Advocate cum notry he will help you.Some times they keep the stamp papers stock n will use under mutual understanding, scribs can be called to write the matter.

I also have stamp paper.. But they are not in the name of client.. It is to be purchased in the name of client

Today u will get the stamp papers. If your client wants to execute an agreement then stamp paper should be in his name. If it is an affidvit then no problem just put the name of the person in the braket in whose name stamp paper is isssued and write your client name.
