1) Applicability of Stamp Papaer for 11 months L & L Agreement

2) Is Stamp papaer purchased in Mumbai for aforesaid agreement valid in Pune (Flat in Pune)?

3) Can I notary aforesaid agreement in Mumbai.

agreement has to be regd . notarisation wont help . stamp paper would depend upon license fee, security deposit taken by you

License Fee would be Rs. 4000/- & Deposit Rs. 15000/-

Stamp papers purchased in Mumbai are valid in Pune. Consult a local lawyer for amount of stamp paper, it differs from state to state.
