Stan chart bank must pay compensation

I had applied for draft of Rs 150000 on 27 sep 2013 request on hotline are taken with assurance of deliver with in 7 working days

After 15 days of not getting same i again called up for the same,i am surprised that they said sorry sir we cannot process the same as you had utilised the amount from your credit shell,i asked them that than why had you taken such request she told me that we are sorry and now i can take a fresh request for rs 85000 whic is balance on your card and you will get same with in 7 working days

Agian after more than 10 days when i didnt got the same and no return call from your bank i enquire the same and this time i didnt got any surprise because i understand your intention is not to refund the amount as your get my money intrest free than also this time i made request for rs 50,000 with same condition.

This is also not happen,
I got 2 call from your office after so much of harrashment and complain to you online as well as on phone calls.

first time she confirm that you will get amount and please do not use the card meanwhile from that day i didnt use the card till amount received.

on her 2nd call she appoligies and she told me to call back and reconfirm till evening only but non of call received after that call.

You are using our money from last 27 sep 2013 and we are losing interest for the same.
when the first time your officer name vimal genrate complain no and i got text on my mobile too, they dispatch draft of rs 85000 via blue dart courier which was return as they don't have any phone no on that envelop

again i called up and complain for the same finally its reaches to my office and clear in my a/c after 45 days.

I had give order on 27 sep, than after 7 days she took offline request and again on 15 oct on hotline for rs 85000 no.

you know very well how stupidly your banks software and staff and greviance cell is working , i have no concern as what kind of operational thing to be used to maintain international standard.

my issue is that the bank should pay intrest @3.46% for 30 days for rs 150,000/-
from the date of request taken as if in any case we didnt make such payment we have charged higher amount of penalties ,service tax and intrest shuold you bank appoligies in this way only please reply with this issue only and this time do not reply after 30 days as if we didnt pay intrest on time you charged again intrest on intrest for the same amount so they same process to done in my case and Stan bank has to pay all amount as they charged to their customer for non payment on time.



Please reply all this urgently to take further action.hope this time i get assure best service by replying fast.

Take up the matter with higher officials of the Bank through Registered letter and e-mail.

Make a detailed representation to the Bankers ombudsman along-with the copies of the relevant documents.

Agreed with expert Shri Rajkumar Makkad. Before that one final request to their higher authorities with all relevant papers giving specific time say about 15 days for reply and if no reply is forthcoming, go for Ombudsman.

DD on which card?
Is it Credit Card?

Some banks do provide DD up to sanctioned limit in Credit Limit of Credit Card.
If a DD of Rs.85000 was supplied by bank why did it take 45 days to clear?

The credit limit is dynamic and shall be reduced by the amounts for which card has been swiped.

If you want to make the payment to some party of yours from DD on credit balance of CC then this may not b a good business practice.
