start the case which has been filed by my opponent

HI EXPERTS recently in the month of November2010 we have won a case of our property in the xxvii ABBL CITY CIVIL COURT IN BANGALORE MY ORIGINAL SUIT NO IS 16482/1999 (CCCH2A) my opponent has filed a suit in high court again. still now i have not received any notice regarding that from the court because of this i couldn't sell my property .Is there is any rules that further to proceed with the case should my opponent pay money and start the case are should i do something to come out of the this case .kindly help me in this .

If the matter is pending in HC, any transfer or sale would be hit by doctrine of lis pendens and the transaction would be illegal. If possible get the HC matter decided in your favour at the time of admission itself

You have to clarify whether the opponent has filed an appeal or fresh case.
