Yes , it is maintainable if later the son produces POA of his father.
ajay sethi (Expert) 11 February 2014
if no authorisation has been enclosed to complaint filed before state commission in your defence raise this issue that complaint is not maintainable as no authorisation for filing complaint is enclosed . how can complaint be numbered without authorisation being produced
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 11 February 2014
Authority from father has to be produced. Agree with the expert ajay sethi ji.

Dear All,
Thanks a lot for your reply, once again I need the Judgments decided infavour of management/company to take stand and to contest this case effectively I'm looking forward your reply urgently...
ajay sethi (Expert) 11 February 2014
sir we dont provide citations . you have to do your own research . contact a local lawyer pay him consultation charges for his opinion . company can afford it
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 11 February 2014
I may repeat this ground would go away if later on the party files POA. It is irregularity and can be cured later on.
For it the case can not be dismissed.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 14 February 2014
I do agree with the opinion of the experts, so no more to add.
