Dear Friends,
I want to know about RAC tickets refund case law. Actually in RAC tickets two passengers travel on one birth but they pay full tickets charges. Any case law regarding this matter by Court.

Are you suggesting that the person whose berth does not get confirmed, but travels in RAC is entitled for the refund of the sleeper charges (since he was not provided the sleeper)? Except this, what other grounds you have to support your claim?

please bring full facts of the case and refer to refunds rules of railways (reproduced in time table) framed under powers vested vide Railway act.

Please also check whether railway is now charging separate sleeper charges (as 30 years back)

Only after accepting the conditions of RAC you were ready to accept the RAC seat, then how do you think you can dispute about it at a later stage?
