Kindly enlighten under which section notice is require to be given to Tenent in Eviction Suit or is notice really require before initiating eviction on any ground mention in Maharashta rent control Act . Both parties are from Mumbai

Sorry for Inconvenience, However as per my belief no Question is silly question.. However I DID find answer of the question.
and for others FYI, It will be statutory notice by the Virtue of provisions of Transfer of Property Act.
No express Provision mentioned in MCA 1999.
