Stay on dismissal order

I have been dismissed from services and made an appeal to Appellate Authority.Can I get a stay on the Order and get back to job?Kindly explain the process for the same.

No. The order of dismissal has already been got executed against which even your appeal is pending. You shall have to wait for the outcome of the appeal.

You can move to court if either appeal is dismissed or the appeal is not disposed off within reasonable time.

Which authority are you talking about? Generally stay is granted against suspension, against dismissal it is hard to get but impossible either.
