Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a problem and need your help/advice.
My wife has a GPA dated jan 2002 for a HUDA plot allotted under Govt Servant quota in Faridabad.
All the installments have been paid and as told by HUDA that registration can be done only after 10 years. So after the 10yrs time frame, today I went to the HUDA Faridabad office where I was asked to get a conveyance deed done along with an application for Permission. I got the Conveyance deed ready by paying Rs. 4500. Then I went to the a HUDA officer and asked him to check the papers before applying. While verifying, he checked into the system and found that all installments are clear but the plot is an allotment under Govt Quota and now high court has put a stay on registration of Quota allotted plots.
Sir/Madam, Is this true and if yes, what will happen next?
Can my wife sell the plot or please advise me what is next?

Without verifying the HC order it is difficult to advise.

Thanks for the response Sir.
Sir, the officer taking out a file showed a notice by the Chief Admin. Chandigarh stating that all registrations for quota allotted plots is stopped till further orders from HC. But when I tried to find out why has the stay being imposed, I came to know that under defence quota, using false affidavits, multiple plots were allotted and now HUDA is in search of such multiple plot holders and till date has identified 56 people.
Sir, should I be worried for the Govt quota allotted plot. And yes, I checked the list of multiple plot holders name under various quotas and didnot find the original allottee's name.
Please advise

If HC has indeed given stay then you could do nothing except to wait for its decision.
First get sure whether such order is indeed passed or not.

On the basis of stay by high court, you may not be able to register the same on your name neither your wife who is GPA will be able to sell it, you may have to wait until the vacation of stay on the subject by the high court.
