Respected Sir,
I am staying with my family on rent since 47 years at Adipur Kutch Gujarat. We have paid all rents regularly. Since past 10 years the owner is refusing the rent payments and we have came to know that he has transferred the ownership. But, now since 3 months some people are harassing us and they are forcing us to vacate the premises.
Sir, we are not that financially sound to hire a lawyer.. I request you to suggest me a way out so that I can get stay order from court directly without the involvement of any lawyer.... Please Reply......
Thanks a ton in advance....

Since you are a tenant , you start making payment of rent in rent controller office.
Do not leave the premises on demand of the new owner. Only a court can direct you to vacate the premises for which decree of court is to be passed on completion of trial of an eviction suit.

Sir,
Please let me know that where would the above office be located... And if we take a stay from court, we will be secured... I asked a lawyer here, he asked me for a fees of 50,000... Even if he would have said for 5000 or 6000, I might have agreed... If you could help me in getting stay from your side with such amount of money... I would be very grateful to you... Is it possible ???
And thank you so much for your advice in such short time...
