Submitting forge document

Hello,

As you all know I am having a matrimonial dispute with my wife and now facing several cases filed on me.

Now, this time my wife has submitted a forge document in court written by her friend/relative (undersigned by my name with wrong ph no), and now she is claiming that this letter has been written by me which is not true because that hand writing is not mine.
Now I want to take some action against her.
plz. tell me what and where should I file the complaint for submitting her false document and misleading the court.

Should I ask for affidafit from her first.

In the same court move an application under section 340 Cr. PC and if found ur version true then court shall become complainant against her.

You have to prove that it is not your handwriting. While cross examining your wife your hand writing must be confronted
U can also file an application to expert opinion.
Court can also suo moto compare the handwriting.
For what purpose affidavit?

You have to submit a complaint on this issue before the same court is the right answer. For proving the fact that the letter is forged one you have several options of collection of legal evidence. That part our friend Rajeev has answered. Try tyo settle the dispute bai. The wrods in query "As You All Know" hurts. Is it that much publicized. Poor state of affair.

yes K.C.Suresh Sir, my matter is publicized, infact all the world knows about my matter because my wife have posted this material on various websites on internet.

Also, the document which I have discussed has no date and also not certified. She has given the photocopy of that document.
