Sir,

We have applied before Directorate of Industries West Bengal RC Part 1 for Subsidy under WBSSIS 2013 In the name of Allflex Plastics LLP. The Land is Mutated in the name of One Partner and The Department want to Land Should be Mutated in the Name of Company itself.

My Query is that can we eligible for subsidy benefit and what is the way out to take a benefit of subsidy, by the way of without Land Mutated in the name of LLP

To be eligible for subsidy, you have to fulfill the required conditions for the subsidy.

In addition to the reply of expert Rajender K Goyal, I advise to get executed and registered a lease-deed from the partner in favour of the firm for a specific period against the nominal amount may it be Rs. 1 per year so as to fulfil the requirement.
