Succession certificate to avail ppf amount from bank

What should be the Court Fee to avail Succession Certificate from Gujarat Court for Rs.14.75 Lakh Public Provident Fund (PPF) amount plus Interest thereon? For a Jain Religion.

To my best, the court fee stamp is Rs.750/- under the Gujarat Court fee Act (Amendment of 2016).

Court fees is a state subject, it is better to consult a local lawyer.

Succession certificate is obtain for various purposes, and in your case it is PPF, for which it falls under Schedule 1 Advalorem Fees of Gujurat State Legislation.
