i was arrested and released on PR BOND in writ against state, and charge sheet is also filled in magistrate court. should i go for regular bail before Metropolitan Magistrate?

Query is not clear. From where you were released on Personal bond? If you were released from police station and there is not any stay from high court for further proceeding you have to go for regular bail before magistrate.
