How could I start the practice of Law?
a) I am a qualified CA, CMA, and CS along with the law graduate.
b) I am residing in Bhilwara, Rajasthan
c) Which field can be better? It is special to ask as I could notice that people are generally covering all areas here t my locaality i.e. Bhilwara.
d) How can I get training in it firstly?
e) What are the new areas in the field of Law for tier 3 cities?

3 tier cities hardly give you much higher vision as cases are normal bails, registrations, civil suits,property matters, motor vehicles related and various criminal cases. A criminal lawyer has to be very sharp, quick witted and know the trial process thoroughly. he has to be expert in cross examination and reconstructing the crime scene.There is good money in this.
There are special fields emerging like IPR, Corporate law,international laws, commercial laws.
You have great advantage to succeed in legal career as you have wide training and knowledge in commercial and corporate fields too. You can very well handle consumer laws too. Family laws is another field where you can satisfy your philanthropic inclination if you have one. I regret that most of lawyers I meet, they hardly have any social inclination.
So it all depends on you. For a 3 tier town choose between any three family law, criminal law and civil law and go after it. Emerge as best lawyer of town in that field. Take your case and client seriously and be 100% professionally committed. Please note judges observe everything and every advocate practicing in that court. Then move to a metro or class A city for better future. Do you best for your client and hold on to professional ethics in side and outside court.You will go a long way

Since you are CA and CS read my article marketing of legal services in article section. repeat it 3 times slowly and try to absorb messages in it.

You arenoe fully traiend in law and commerce. Havingbest available qualifications. You need hands-on training.Obviously if you want to be CA join some good CA firm.If you want to be good lawyer you got to join some legal firm or a advocate having good reputation in your town. Work with him/her as apprentice even at low payments but 1 year even will give you all finer points how to operate in a corrupted over documented court system of India specially lower courts.
You can also choose to go in appellate area that is high court and above. But basic training is must fr that too.
