Dear Sir/Madam,
I didn't mention my past employment in IBPS PO application form ,I worked for 1.5 years was on probation period but had to resign due to my mother's illness .This year I again cleared the ibps po exam and allotted the same bank.Will it create any problem that I didn't mention my past employment or experience ?what if I disclose the said thing during joining verification in attestation form?Can they cancel my candidature even if disclose by myself during joining?Please suggest I had to compete among 20 lakh candidates for this job,had sleepless nights for my studies ,will this thing cancel my candidature?Thanks

Dear Sirs,
Thanks a lot for replying .Yes I admit my mistake that I shouldn't have hidden the facts that I have worked and followed the due process of resigning .To be honest I thought they would not even allow me for bank interview as they would think that i have resigned earlier I could do that again.And they could even fail me .I accept my mistake as we youngsters often do for the fear of losing a job.
Please suggest me if I reveal this point during my joining ,what could happen .Could they dismiss my candidature ?Should I stop pursuing this job and start preparing for another ?

If really you feel, tell them the fact of resigning the job previously. if rules permits, they may consider. but not sure.

Thanks a lot for the honest replies.Iam really grateful ,one of d best platforms I have ever seen.Thank you so much sirs .Yes I will reveal the truth about my employment history .I didn't commit any crime nor Iam absconding .So let's see how they react.

My suggestion is to disclose the facts at the time of joining in the new assignment.
You may seek to pardon the non disclosure of previous employment in the main application.
Normally it will be accepted, if there is no other misconduct is involved in the previous employment.

Dear Sirs,
Thanks a lot for the precious time you have given for my queries.No other misconduct was involved in my previous job.I had a proper resignation done ,Iam surely gonna reveal that I forgot to mention my past employment .I don't know what they are going to do after that but that is the best decision for my betterment .
