Surrender of rights in property of in laws

(Querist) 23 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear all,
There is one complex query.
A Son married a girl. They used to stay in joint family. Due to some abnormal & irreversible differences in mind between parents of son & son's wife, parents removed both son & his wife from their house.

After removal, Son & his wife are happily staying elsewhere.

Now parents of son are asking to give in writing the declaration from son's wife that she would have no claims in their property whatsoever. Son & his wife are ready to give the same.

What are the implications & how the declaration should be done?
