There is no speech originated from my mouth but only on the basis of responses from my mouth to the speech initiated by the person at other end who has been caught by CBI red handed. weather the accused(who did not initiate any conversation) can be convicted under the element of 'presumption' in prevention of corruption Act?

weather the accused can be convicted merely on the basis of conjectures and surmises under prevention of corruption Act?

If the responses from the Accused is such as to criminally incriminate him, then there is every possibility of such an accused getting convicted. Needless to say, other corroborative evidences are also required to secure such a conviction.
