TATA AIG NOT PROVIDED THE CLAIM

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 11 December 2009 This query is : Resolved 
My relative has a TATA LIFE AIG Insrance Policy. He has deposited 4 premiums on time for two years continuous . When the 5th premium was due he could not deposit the premium on due date i.e 18 Sept 2008. Grace period for 30 days has been also lapsed. He died on 13th Nov 2008. We have submitted the papers on 24th Nov 2008. The company has replied to us in reference to claim.

The policy has been lapsed & company has no liability under the said policy.

Please guide to us wheter the claim has been made or not.

he have full agreement documents of policy !you are fail on his part first you read rule of policy but some points may be arise _----
1. you can complaint to IRDA that no notice had been recived for policy lapced
2. if they refuse him than claim of deposite mony may be done
3. he can take plea of non fitness for deposit mony or company may noticed before beach tha contract

You failed to adhere to the terms of the policy so there is no chance for you and company has repudiated your claim rightly.
