Tenancy property (pagadi system) legal heir - court judgement required ...pls help

(Querist) 12 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Tenant A with his wife B , daughter C, and son E were residing in rented flat and getting rent receipts in the name of tenant A since the year 1947 from the landlord. In 1981 daughters C got married and moved out of the property in question & she is living with her husband.In the year 2008, tenant A died due to natural causes and son E continued to pay rent for from year 2008 after father death and got continued to get rent receipts from the landlord in the name of deceased tenant A.

At the time of death only wife B and son E were living with Tenant A and in possession. Also only wife B and son E were living at the flat in question since starting. Others moved out in 1981 due to marriage.

Who are the tenancy legal heirs of Tenant A under Bombay Rent Act, Hindu Law or any other law?

a) Wife B and son E?

can you help me with court judgement? really require the judgement to prove my case.

Under the said Act, when tenant dies, any member of the tenant's family is residing with tenant at the time of his death will be entitled to the tenancy right in preference to other heirs who were not residing with the tenant at the time of his death. In absence of such member all the heirs will be entitled to the tenancy right.
