Does tenancy rights under pagadi system get transferred automatically to kith and kin of a person in the event of death of a person who owned the property?
Please specify if any consideration is required to be paid to the landlord for facilitating a name transfer.

Show ur heirarcy and as you are in possession of the same you inform the landlord about the same and get transferred into the name concerned. As far as consideration matters it depends upon the Landlord as stated when you r in possession mere transfer without any pbstruction can work out.
