Sir,
What is the rule governing in Terminating an Employee
B.B.R.Goud.

1. disciplinary proceedings,
2. corruption,
3. conviction for any offence of moral turpitude,
4. inefficiency of service etc.
under any of the aforesaid circumstances, after taking the Govt permission u/s 80, can initiate and institute the termination orders.
