THE GIRL WHO WILL MAKE FALSE COMPLAIN WILL NOT BE PUNISHED.
IS IT LOGICAL???????????????????????
THE NEW BILL STATED THAT THE GIRL WHO WILL MAKE FALSE COMPLAIN WILL NOT BE PUNISHED.
IS IT LOGICAL???????????????
ALREADY DOWRY ACT HAS BEEN GREATLY MISUSED.
NOW IS THIS A CORRECT DECISION?
BOYS WILL START AVOIDING MAKING ANY FRIENDSHIP WITH GIRLS. BECAUSE IT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT FOR A MAN TO UNDERSTAND WHETHER A GIRL IS GOOD OR BAD. BOYS WILL START AVOIDING GIRLS.BECAUSE BOYS WILL BE WORRIED ABOUT FALSE COMPLAINS.
THIS IS 21 ST CENTURY. MAKING FALSE COMPLAIN IS VERY EASY IN THESE DAYS.
SO IS IT LOGICAL TO TELL THAT A GIRL WHO WILL MAKE FALSE COMPLAIN WILL NOT BE PUNISHED??????
THERE IS A GREAT CHANCE OF FALSE COMPLAINS.
and making all type of sexual harassment NON BAILABLE WILL BE VERY DANGEROUS. ONLY "RAPE" SHOULD BE NON-BAILABLE.
BUT OTHER SEXUAL HARASSMENT LIKE TOUCHING,EVE TEASING,FOLLOWING A GIRL SHOULD BE BAILABLE. BECAUSE IF THESE ARE ALSO NON- BAILABLE THEN THERE IS A GREAT CHANCE OF FALSE COMPLAIN.
BECAUSE MAXIMUM FALSE COMPLAIN WILL OCCUR IN THESE FIELDS (TOUCHING,EVE TEASING,FOLLOWING A GIRL). THESE SHOULD BE BAILABLE.

Logical or illogical, let the Act get passed first and see the provisions before arriving at some conclusion. Otherwise, presumptions made before hand would become illogical.

You are still continuing with making presumptions.
By showing such concerns in anticipation without waiting for the Act to come out, I wonder, if you are not indulging in to such types of acts frequently with your colleagues at your workplace.

today's girls are very advanced. THIS IS 21 ST CENTURY. TODAY'S GIRLS CAN DO ANYTHING.
MANY GIRLS BLACKMAIL MEN FOR MONEY.
NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM.
MAKING FALSE COMPLAIN IS VERY EASY IN THESE DAYS.

Mr. Ayan,
Laws are always tried to be misused by the smart persons. Some emotions working in passing of certain laws cannot be overruled.
But, merely showing concern, that too without any Act having come in to force, is not the remedy to the ills of any law. The question arises, what you will gain by showing your concern here without any cause coming to sight, when your own political representatives are supporting some laws.
Some precautions are always necessary to be observed not to get involved in the undue tangle. One need not make advances without getting ensured about sincerety of the other side, if he is anticipates blackmailing tactics from the opposite sex.
I MUST SAY, DON'T TRY TO WASTE YOURS OR OTHERS TIME WITHOUT HAVING ANY APPARENT PROBLEM WITH YOU. PASS TIME NERELY FOR FUN SAKE SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT THIS SITE.

You have not even named the Bill yet have so many reactions.A Bill goes through several process before getting passed as an Act and thereafter it awaits several years to get implemented by notification.Several Acts passed decades before are yet awaiting enforcement.

Gom has made its recommendation as on now and such recommendations are to be put before cabinet and then before parliament and thus the further process has yet to take place. No comment is required as of now.

Prabhakar ji,
An idea can be formed about the provisions from the ordinance, as already promulgated on February 3, 2013. However, a few amendments are expected when passed on the basis of recommendations of GOM. The provision in the law is likely to contain punishment for false complaint.
The link of the ordinance is given below for your reference:
