Threat of suicide by girlfriend if not marry

i am in very much trouble and i want ur suggestions,
i am under probation in govt service, i was with friend with one girl in training, but due to her forcing nature, I started to avoid her and I stopped speaking completely with her because she was not understanding.
She started daily calling and sending text messages and torturing. In messages she send like I miss u…, Kill me…., I will leave this Job….., Don’t search me again, If u will speak with other girls then I will create problems….,I will do suicide….. I tolerated these things because firstly I thought she will understand one day and problem will be over and secondly I don’t want to make issue in academy which will disturb my image. But she took it as an advantage, started more torture. After that, she tried to spread my relation with other lady officer as illegal.
April 2015, she tried to blackmail me by telling that she will do suicide and she attempted also, so I convey this message to her parents and academy. they decided to keep her mother with her during training. I was told everything to her brother and he was supporting me.
same thing she had done with my batchmate like sending messages of love, marriage, blackmailing, not allowed to speak with other lady officer, speaking bad about them, etc. suicide warnings but as he is ex-police officer he had handled situation.
I have not given her any promise for marriage. All these situations I have already told to her family, I am having all the text messages that she has sent me, letters that she has given me and the call recordings from the March 2015. Nowadays she is trying to make contact with my family which I don’t expect.
in sept 2015 i was done compliant to acedamy but they had not taken any decision except they gave warning to her and me for not to talk with each other, from 1 oct she has not tried to contact me but,
the present condition is ,
1. She is coming to my home in feb 2016 and ask my parents for marriage and if they reject then she will do suicide in my home.
2. She will file false complaint against me like cheating, rape, atrocity, etc and then it will be very problematic for me.
3. She is telling me that I don’t have any option except to behave according to her.

1. Keep safe distance from her and inform the local police about such suicide threats.
2. If you have not slept with her then no case of rape will lie but initially the case will start which you can not avoid. Try to resolve diplomatically.
3. Do not succumb to her pressure . She may be giving empty threats.

If you have record of the threats, such records themselves will take care of you.

The facts clearly shows that there might be something between you both in the past and that she loves you like crazy.. think of marrying her if you convince yourself.

Yes. If any FIR true/false is registered against you during probation you care not able to complete probation and will be on road.
if arrested for more3 that 48 hours (which happens in rape case) you are suspended.
department can also without waiting for court verdict initiate disciplinary proceeding and throw you out.
Pendancy of such proceedings is also hurdle in clearing probation and you are again on road.

If any case is registered against you, no other alternate but to defend yourself on merits.
You may be suspended during proceedings if arrested and kept in custody in the prescribed time.

If a criminal complaint is lodged, there is every chance of initiating departmental action by your department and you may not get confirmation of your job also.

Not able to agree with Mr Venu.
If he is arrested for 48+ hours then the deptt has no jurisdiction to examine the relevance or merit of case and he is deemed suspended.
when criminal case is pending (whether suspended/arrested or not) he is not clearing probation and there is likelihood of he being on road.
He has t live with this fact and decide what to do.

respected members, in continuation with above question (very long time), that girl is sending me messages continuously and threatening me, this was continues since 2015. after joining to maharashtra i have given complaint to police on 20.03.2016 and 03.07.2016 but they have not taken any action.
on 13.04.2017 she came to my office and talk friendly after that she stayed in hotel, next day when i told her to back to tamilnadu, she refuse, then i leave her and not contact with her, on same day during night she came to my office and stayed in front of my house (i was not in house) and created lot of drama, on 15.04.2015 i moved to police station and given complaint. same day she called my family members and ask them for marriage, then i was told by someone that she has gone to tamilnadu,
on 17.04.2017 she came to my office and attacked on me and slapped me in front of my staff, then i informed police, then they filed case u/s 504/506. then they gave her warning under 149 of CrPC, at same time she also gave in written that she will not contact by any means to me or my family member. but she again started.
sir my marriage has been fixed and my wife and her family is known this issue they are with me, but that girl told that she will come to my home directly and will create problems,
if she join at the time of marriage that will be very big issues for family, i dont know what to do plz guide me
