Sir,
under what various conditions/circumstances a particular Judge of High court after hearing the case for 5 dates can nominate the same case to the chief justice for nomination of anaother bench.matter nominated as TIDE-UP.
what is the purpose of making tide-up matter?does tide-up cases get preference on hearing over the normal listed matters? If yes then what are those advantages of cases getting tide-up.?
can a tide-up case after listing on 50 ocassions weekly still not heard on single occasion be a normal case?
just reply as early as possible with all aspects if possible.
under what rules of allahabad high court the same can be found?

If both the cases is pending before the same bench the same need not be referred to the chief justice for analogous hearing.
If one of the parties are same and the question in dispute is also same then the court does hear the matter clubbing all the similar case.
Why was your case delayed so long could not be known with so scant information you posted here.

sir,
The result of delay is uncle -judges syndrome.
the counsel for the opposite party is the junior of the judge in whose court the case has been intentionaly and deliberately TIDE-UP WITHOUT ANF VALID REASONS With an intention to remand the case which has been done today by the hon;ble high court judge inspite of my various e-mails and letters addressed to CJ.CJ supremecourt, cvc, human right commissionand presidential secretriate for not listing the case in final hearing.
i have no other option left but to move to S.C which i cannot afford this the company nowa.

It is your gud luck that the case has been referred to some another bench otherwise it might have been decided against you in the given facts and circumstances. Face value in High court is also a big ground to get relief.

deliberately and intentionaly overlooking all the important as pects going against the comapany.
the case is again remanded back for ther labour court to decide the issue which has been decided by the high court and and has attained finality.
