Time Limit For Suit in insurance claim case

Sir,
We Have a Money Insurance Policy Of Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd.Last Year We Loss Some money in Theft.The Insurance Co. Reject Our Claim.We Want to File a Case against Insurance co.Now I Want to now that there is a Time limit to File a Case

Three years from the receipt of rejection letter from the insurance company.

If you wish to file your claim under Consumer Protection Act,limitation is two year from the receipt of repudiation letter and for filing claim in civil court,limitation is three years from receipt of repudiation letter.
