R/Sir,
I was TGT punjabi in Nacodaya Vidyalya samiti (under center govt)from 24 jan 2004 to 14.04.13.I have applied for the post of PGT Punjabi through proper channel and obtained NO OBJECTION certificate. I submitted technical resignation from the post of TGT Punjabi on dated 14.12.13 fn and received acceptance on dated 20.12.13 and joined as PGT in haryana education department on dated 14.12.13 Af. but iam not satisfy form my new job. I submitted a request for withdrawal my technical resignation on dated 13.03.2014 but my request rejected by NVS on dated 27.08.2014. Sir kindly tell me :-
1. rule regarding continuity of service on technical resignation ?
2. time limit for withdrawal of technical resignation?
if any rule regarding above said matter. Kindly give me referance.

As your resignation has already been acted upon and you have even joined the other job hence there is no question of withdrawl of such resignation.

The conditions under which NOC was provided and technical resignation was accepted has o be gone through. Also refer the conditions / rules of your department.

If you had the clause of retention of the earlier job, only then such option is available for you.
