my father is the farmer and he is cultivating the field in the Gujarat .
i am the son of my father and i am the partner of the firm . we have purchased the property on name of the firm . property is the whole unit of hissa.out of 3 hissa one hissa is non agricuture and others are ag.
now we want to transferred the property on the name of the firm i e. ag hissa.
cam we submit the proof of farmer of my father for transferring of the name to our firm ?
or what is the supporting is required?

The firm is acquiring the status of Agriculturist hence each of the partners is also having the similar status. Firm as well as individual partner may transfer its share to each other and vice versa but by way of registered document viz, sale-deed, gift-deed, relinquishment deed etc.

i would kike to say that purchased property located at the Mumbai .and my father has the farm at gujarat.
