Dear experts,
our 4 cases are in dehradun court (uttarakhand) from which 2 case we have filed on the other party and 2 case they have file on us...and one case of 498a they filed on us in U.P. ..dat case is not in court yet..can we get that case transfrd to DEHRADUN..and how.?

Dear Querist,
If "one case of 498a they filed on us in U.P." how can the "case is not in court yet". Please clarify.
However, may please note that for inter State transfer, you will need to file Transfer Petition in Supreme Court. You can get that case transfrd to Dehradun from U.P. provided you have valid and sifficient grounds.

that case 498a is undr investigatn yet,police dint file the chargesheet..and my brother's wife. whose father hav filed this case she also lives in dehradun with my brother.and she filed. DV act case in dehradun court..

they said in FIR that we me ,my brothr(their son in law) and my father went to their place in u.p. and we beaten them ,so they filed a case undr 498a,323,324,504,506.3/4 dp act on 28 october..against three of us..bt the fact is ,on the same said day they came to our place in dehradun and beaten me and my father..my brother was with them only and our FIR is of 2 days earlier on 26 october against my brother,his wife,and other in laws undr 452,147,323,427,506 etc. nw my brother and his wife livng together in dehradun nly..
