Can Mahar Vatan Land (More than 50 acres)transfer to any developer for development ? If yes then what is the procedure for that ?

A Mahar watan land is granted to people by the government and it cannot be sold without the permission of the divisional commissioner/ district collector.

There is no legal hurdle to transfer such land to developer just for the purpose of development and return to original owner. Execute any agreement or MOU in this regard and get it registered with registrar for avoiding future disputes.
