two wheeler transfer of ownership fee in up

Hello Experts,

I want to know fee for ownership transfer in up intrastate transfer.
and if original rc submitted while transfer of ownership. Than can I ride my bike without original rc.??
If police officer stop and ask to show document than what to do???
