Typing error in site sale deed

Dear Sir,
I have purchased site in bangalore.and it is BMRDA approved.While doing sale deed two place we have put correct layout name " Aiswarya Royal park Avenues" and in shedule by mistake it is there only" Aiswarya royal park " It Is missing Avenues word from schedule.I asked lawyer he saying other things are correct like serve no,site no, location.No need to go for rectification deed,kindly advise on same

go by your lawyer advise. he must have gone trhough the entire agreement . if survey no , location sit eno are correct no need to go in for deed of rectifcation .

if you have any doubts take a second opinion .
