1)i obtained some proof by rti application. 2)for another information i write letter under rti but i received 50% information 50% information not received say 3rd party detail (seva pustskschi nakal) is not permissible .3)i submitted letter 15may2010 & i received official letter on 19 june 2010 by registered post.which are posted in post on 18june2010, what action taken for late information

In the given query, you may file an appeal before 1st appellate authority after expiry of 30 days.

under the act PIO can refuse third party information,provided,pio should approach the third party and the third party opposes,pio need not to provide the information.
However,the PIO is also at liberty to reveal the third party's information when revealing of such information involves larger public interest.
anyhow,if you are not happy with the reply file first appeal.
by the by how can you post the letter received by you on 19th june on 18th june?

duty book is third party property? where govt officer write details @ service,leave,medical benefite etc. in my case 35 days period allowed for answering ?
