Article 44 of the Constitution of India has been inserted as a piece of decoration like Christmas decoration to beautify the Constitution.

Unfortunately despite of the direction of Apex court of India and demand of majority of citizens, Indian govt. has failed to bring a common civil law applicable to all its citizens without any discrimination of caste, creed, religion or region etc.

It has not been brought in India and surprisingly who demand this law are regarded as communal by various sections of the society including various political parties so proclaim themselves as secularists.
