Unpaid salary without notice

dear sir/madam,
i had worked in the export house in Delhi.i didn't get my salary for the month of August 2012. i was working from june, get the salary within the date of 7th of month. but in the 12 october my salary cheque has not given. then ask from Accounts department then he said, talk to MD thereafter i asked to MD, he denyed the salary of mine without any reason. then i had filled the case with district labour court on 14th october with trade union.
Now there has been given the two notice date by labour department but they do'nt come to court. now how can i get my salary? and what will happen next?
also help me still i didn't get any hard copy of appointment letter or relieving letter or salary slip. now how i can get this from company

You had wait till getting your appointment order. As you had preferred suit in labour court, wait till knowing outcome of the said proceedings.

Issue legal notice demanding your salary, if salary is not paid file an application under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act. If your salary was less then Rs. 10,000/-, you can invoke provisions of Section 15(2) of the Payment of Wages Act
