Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 14 September 2021 This query is : Open
We have mutual property in the name of my father and another one
We have rented our share to the other one for 15 months
After 15 months, the other person didnt vacate from the rented share and issue a status quo order
Is there any possibilities to vacate status quo order quickly?

Status quo order is a temporary stay order to maintain the present position in regard to the dispute, till the court decides something as its further decision.

It can very well be vacated by attending the court proceedings.
