Mr. I am also from Haryana and practising in Bhiwani district court. Collusive decree of 1982 is valid and its mutation can also be lodged in revenue record within 30 years of registered sale-deed or collusive decree. No Patwari can himself get entered the intkal after 2 years hence you will have to apply before Tehsildar of your area stating reasons leading to such belated approach. As your representation/application is still within limit hence Tehsildar shall allow and patwari shall make compliance of the orders of his boss. If you find any difficulty, feel free to contact me on my cell 09416058227.riven
