What is the validity of a GPA, Will , Sale aggrement executed by person. Is it still valid after the person gets kidnapped, goes missing

GPA is valid till it get cancelled by the executant.If any duration is specified then it operates till such duration as specified.
will: its operation starts only after the executant expiers, before that will can be altered, edited etc..
sale-Agreement: its valid till, as time speicified in such execution of sale.
If person goes missing n u feel doubtful u can issue a paper publication as to the subject matter u need to deal with.

GPA : In case of GPA, in the absence of(if unable to proceed with subject matter in person) such executant only GPA will come into force to proceed with such subject matter, till it'revocation by it's executant,itis valied.
Will : After expiry of such executant only it comes into force, for which it was finally executed by such executant before his death(i.e., last executed will only will prevail).
Sale-agreement : irrespective of presence of both parties to such agreementtheir any kind of persons onbehalf of main parties may execute the same and after compliance of respective terms and conditions it will be completed (till main parties put their respecrtive impressions on sale deed(in case of immoveable property)
In these circumstances respective transactions are valid
