Respected Sir,
Hon'ble court gives me the visiting hours for meet my female child from 5 PM to 7 PM on each sunday at Church. My wife gives statement in court that child is came with my father in law or brother in law. But they did not bring the child during last sunday. What Can I Do not ? Should I file contempt ?

You can serve a legal notice first to your wife and may call for explanation. There may be any valid reason of not bringing the child. After due enquiry move ahead filing contempt of court.

Show no mercy. She is trying to alienate the child.

Agreed with Shri Shonee" Show no mercy. She is trying to alienate the child."
She will defend saying child was ill, etc, and no action will be taken ; However, let it be on Court Record, so she will not dare to repeat it.
