Sir,

I have filled Visiting rights in family court for 3 yr old male child. She is trying to go out of the country.
1. Can she go with the child?

2. how to stop it?

1. She can go out of counrty even in the prevailing facts.

2. You cannot stop her but court can definitely impose a condition of visitation rights with you.

you have to draw attention of the court to conduct of your wife . the fact that your application is pending for visitation rights and that your wife is trying to leave country to frustrate your application
