Want to Open Competitive English Coaching in Patna

Sir, it has been a tradition of our country that people start studies and get to a job...nd if not successful then they move towards opening institutions or setting up other businesses. But I've a desire to be a private tutor of Competitive English for Banks/SSC/Rly and other Competitive Examinations. I've done my graduation and now pursuing my post graduation. I want to establish an institution of English. Show me a right way that I can follow up towards my mission - registration, taxation and the remaining things you better explain. Please do explain the criteria of teachers qualifications needed for a particular course teaching.

for being a private tutor.. you need to be qualified enough to teach the subject you are teaching rather than registration.

If I'm not mistaken I've read an article on the 'Coaching Act' on this very site. I just wanted a clarification of these parts. And I asked about the qualification and I got to know the same that I've to be qualified enough.
