Mr.Rohit Adhikari,

It is advisable that you should get a society registered from local statutory authority for these purposes.

Thanks and best regards

Daksh

Yes Rohit,
You can get your institution registered as an NGO under Society Regn. Act making suitable provision for operating across the country in the bye -laws ,so that you can simultaneously disseminate your vocational guidance course in different states.

Wish you best of Luck, just START IT. DO NOT WAIT FOR ANYTHING. U CAN REGISTER IT LATER.
H.M.Patnaik (Expert) 19 January 2013
Hi Rohit,
You have to contact the local office of Inspector General of Registration for ascertaining the fees structure for Regn. of Society. It should also be available in their website.
Wish u luck.

First you need to understand that you do not need to register for what you wish.It can be one man show with all branches you wish unless you desire to give any recognized certificate or degree.

However to promote such kind of things like an NGO it would be desirable to form a society under Society Registration Act by framing buy laws which would be in consonance of the relevant rules framed by state under the Act where you wish to register it.After buy- laws are framed the same is sought to be registered before the registrar of societies and chit funds of the area who also registers partnership firms. The fees is not too much to worry but you may confront some corruption in these offices.
