What is your problem Ms.Sruti?
prabhakar singh (Expert) 26 December 2015
Warison is no word in any language.

Varisan is plural urddu word for successors of a deceased.
Hemant Agarwal (Expert) 26 December 2015
1. Warison = Deemed Legal Heir /Beneficiarie

2. A Legal Heir Certificate ONLY declares that you are a Legal Heir of the Parent (living or dead). This has hardly any importance and can be revoked or alienated or disowned by the living Father /Mother.

3. A Succession Certificate is only a declaration in favour of the Applicant, again hardly having any legal importance as far as Estate of the deceased is concerned, unless & until accompanied by a Decree issued by the Testamentary Division of the relevant court.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal
