We r facing land issue, it is assigned property we r tribal people like s.t..
My grandfather property was given to my father... and he given to my mother by gift... but here one problem, non tibal people threatening the my mother by gullibility and exploitation is there any to solve solution

If there is a threat from people about this, she can either lodge a criminal complaint agaisnt the rogues/rowdies or she can approach a civil court and obtain an order of injunction restraining them from interfering in your possession and enjoyment of the property by filing a suit for permanent injunction

Yes, your mother can lodge FIR against them also get injunction order from civil court and protect her possession.
