why we write in the agreement as

"include its successors in business administrators and permitted assigns"

what does it mean?

the parties to the agreement becomes binding even after death of the parties or even the after the termination of the agreement hence it is ncessary to write its sucessors and assigns should abide by the stipulations and conditions mentioned therein.
