Sir, I am Niyamat Hussaian(Freshr Advacate)
i have all ready enrolled Bar councle of Allhabad as an advocate
but i am residensce in delhi right now so i want to start parctice in the court
So plz sugg. me what i can filed the case in the court Also vakaltnama

very simple you can get vakalat nama with local bar consel signature in the vakalat nama, or joint local bar association its enough.

Lawyers will be able to practice in all courts and tribunals across India irrespective of which bar council they are enrolled in as per the notification of Section 30 of the Advocates Act.

Yes you can practice at any court any where In India EXCEPT SUPREME COURT since at SC you have to go through the advocate on record.
Recently a writ by advocates at DELHI HC has been dismissed.

Mr Sankar & Bhatia, please understand the query the author's doubt is " i am residensce in delhi right now so i want to start parctice in the court So plz sugg. me what i can filed the case in the court Also vakaltnama", there is nothing to suggest whether he is required to appear for AIBE or not.
