Its my case no 269 ep 10 so i asked Sir
For 5 days m asking you abt my case as i submitted copmlete order to make you understand my problem
I cleared my decretral amount the chit fund asking to pay 3 lakhs more in one sum

You have nowhere stated, in what specific context of your case, sec.269 is referred by whom and with what specific reason?

Your statement, "For 5 days m asking you abt my case as i submitted copmlete order to make you understand my problem" has no relevance, if no link to original query is mentioned in thread. In fact, you were required to post your present question on the same thread, where you have submitted complete order.
