When sldb take action in society matter?

sir please guide me what are the Circumstances under which the State Land Development Bank or the Trustee may take action?
Fact that society member violated rules & regulation laid down in society manule.

In such case the designated members or board members of the society can issue a legal notice to the said member. or even file a suit against the said member.
