An advocate need not obtain a licence to prepare or draft any legal document, that is one of the authorized act of an advocate, so the advocate can prepare or draft any document for the purpose of registration or otherwise.

Attorney and Pleader are different things. Attorney means a person who represent others as his agent and can execute a document on behalf another persons. Pleader means a person who can draft a document in legal language. An advocate is combination of attorney and a pleader as per Advocates Act so he can do the both things at a time.
